• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a member must use the bonus amount before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "RM" or "MYR" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit as the official currency used in all transactions.

• Results that have been displayed and confirmed by the system are final. Appeals may only be made based on solid technical evidence within 24 hours of the incident.
• For sports and horse racing bets, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the ones that apply. Any changes to the odds after that do not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• moncity9 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to give a reason.

As a moncity9 member, you agree to comply with the following responsibilities at all times:

• Play for entertainment only and never attempt to rely on gambling as a primary source of income.
• Set personal limits for deposits, losses and playing time so that gambling activity remains under control.
• Do not attempt to manipulate, hack or disrupt the platform's functions in any way.

moncity9's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

moncity9 reserves the right to change, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on this website.

• Notice of material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification within a reasonable period before the amendment takes effect.
• Continued use of the moncity9 platform after the effective date of an amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
